REGULATIONS

CERLER SPEEDRIDING PROTOCOL

* Ask at the ski resort or the Speedriding school.

At the ski resort or speedriding school, we can inform you about how to carry out the activity and the status of the designated areas.

Resort signs, like the instructions given by its staff, are vital to the smooth running of the resort, and we must respect them. The ski resort may close areas for various reasons, and we shouldn't assume that flying past doesn't affect us. If a slope is closed, it's also closed to our activity.

Speedriding areas are limited, and users are responsible for informing themselves about them, their condition, uses, the start and finish areas, and how to proceed while practicing the activity.

* Speedriding Zones (Zone 1 and Zone 2)

The initiation courses are carried out in zone 1.

Progression and freeride courses in zones 1 and 2.

When taking the courses, the student will be authorized to do the activity independently in the area corresponding to the course taken, provided they have acquired the minimum course objectives.

* Regulations and regulations.

There are speedriding regulations and rules for its practice that we should be aware of. They are published by the FADA and on this website.

*Federal License (FADA), or APPI insurance:

It is mandatory to have valid insurance covering the activity in order to do speedriding at the Cerler ski resort. You can obtain insurance wherever you want, but it must specify that it covers speedriding.

From FADA (Aragonese Air Federation), it is possible to obtain a federation license that covers the activity in the event of incidents and accidents involving third parties.

Students who attend our school will be recognized with the APPI Speedriding certification and will also be eligible for the APPI license (www.appifly.org).

* Identification vests for the "Speedriders Free" activity.

To prevent possible accidents or misuse of the Cerler ski resort facilities, we provide identification vests for anyone who wants to practice speedriding/speedflying independently within the resort.

These vests are free of charge, but a 10 euro deposit is required, which will be returned upon return at the end of the activity. They will be left on a daily basis.

When you submit these vests through Speedriding.es, we will inform you of the designated trails for the activity. Activities outside these areas are prohibited.

In addition, pisteurs and resort employees will recognize us as Speedriders to keep us under control, since the largest area for the activity is off-piste, and if we need help, they will easily identify us.

On the other hand, anyone who carries out the activity without a vest or outside of the restricted areas may have their pass revoked.

Requirements:

1. Speedriding bib, t-shirt to be able to access the ski lift with our equipment.

2. A federation license that specifically covers speedriding. In Aragon, you have the FADA.

3. Have previously completed a Speedriding course, or demonstrate prior experience in the activity.

The use of sails longer than 14 meters is prohibited within the ski resort.

Speedriding.es is not responsible for any accidents to riders during unguided activities.
